CARLON + CO is a Geelong-based photo and video business built from lived experience, with a passion and drive to achieve more. We exist to challenge ourselves and redefine what’s possible, both for us and the people we create for.
Founded by Amy CARLON, born with a disability, Amy realised from a young age that the only limitations you have are the ones you set yourself. For Amy, Carlon and Co is more than content; it’s proof that limits can be redefined.
Assisting a variety of industries, never limiting skills or experiences, work that is shaped by perspective. CARLON + CO help others achieve more through accessible content creation.

MEET AMY CARLON
Hello, I’m Amy,
The last 30 years have been anything but conventional. From living with a disability from birth, to chronic illnesses like endometriosis, and a difficult journey with bipolar disorder. Trials have been my life every second of every day.
But the only thing that got me through was never a drive to succeed; it was a drive to progress.
I’ve worked so hard not to be the best at what I do, but to be able to do what I do.
I don’t do it for the world to decide if my work is good or bad. I do it to share my joy, my passion, my talent, my trials, and my story. And if I’m lucky enough to be trusted with hearing yours.
We are all progressing. There is no such thing as the best. Instead, I approach it with curiosity. And the understanding that rough patches are all part of the process.
